Directions from I-70 West:
  • From I-70 West, take EXIT 1B for 522 SOUTH
  • Continue on 522 SOUTH into the town of Berkeley   Springs
  • Continue straight thru the first stoplight (you will see a Dollar General Store and 7-Eleven on your right; Corner Steak and Sea will be on your left)
  • At the NEXT stoplight, make a right onto FAIRFAX STREET.
  • Berkeley Springs Cottage Rentals is located half a block down, on your right, between Mountain Laurel Gallery and Homeopathy Works.
Directions from I-68:
  • Take EXIT 82A towards HANCOCK / WINCHESTER
  • Bear LEFT on ramp, road becomes Route 522 SOUTH
  • Proceed 5 miles on 522 SOUTH into BERKELEY SPRINGS
  • Continue straight thru the first stoplight (you will see a laundry mat, Dollar General Store and 7-Eleven on your right; Corner Steak and Sea will be on your left)
  • At the NEXT stoplight, make a right onto FAIRFAX STREET.
  • Berkeley Springs Cottage Rentals is located half a block down, on your right, between Mountain Laurel Gallery and Homeopathy Works.
Directions from 522 NORTH / Winchester VA:
  • Make a right onto 522 NORTH
  • Continue into the town of Berkeley Springs
  • Go thru the first stoplight (McDonald's on your left)
  • Go thru the second stoplight (Sheetz Gas Station on your right)
  • At the third stoplight, make a left onto FAIRFAX STREET.
  • Berkeley Springs Cottage Rentals is located half a block down, on your right, between Mountain Laurel Gallery and Homeopathy Works
Directions from ROUTE 9 EAST / MARTINSBURG:
  • Follow ROUTE 9 WEST into the town of Berkeley Springs.
  • Continue past the following landmarks; 

  • Berkeley Springs Animal Clinic (on left)
  • Fairfax Street (on right)
  • Grove Heights (on left)
  • Sheppard Lane (on left)
  • Youngblood's Antiques (on left)
  • New Hope Road (on left)
  • Keystone Lane (on left)    


  • Make a RIGHT at the stoplight onto 522 NORTH / WASHINGTON STREET.
  • At the next stoplight, make a left onto FAIRFAX STREET.
  • Berkeley Springs Cottage Rentals is located half a block down, on your right, between Mountain Laurel Gallery and Homeopathy Works.


Directions from ROUTE 9 WEST / PAW PAW:
  • Take ROUTE 9 EAST towards Berkeley Springs
  • At the stoplight make a RIGHT (a Dollar General Store and 7-Eleven will be on your left) onto Route 522 South (Washington Street)
  • At the NEXT stoplight, make a right onto FAIRFAX STREET.
